The National Lacy Dog Registry (NLDR) Privacy Policy is that information and documentation submitted through NLDR forms and application processes will only be used for NLDR Registry Business, which involves dog registration, pedigree printing, as well as any Blue Lacy owner support services that the NLDR provides to Blue Lacy owners directly today or in the future. • Microchip IDs are treated as public information and may be used regularly in the normal course of NLDR business. This includes the possibility of updating microchip and ownership information to national microchip databases as well as providing it directly to rescue organizations & individuals.

• Information sharing with the agreement of dog owners to share such information.
Pedigree & Data Ownership
• The NLDR provides dog owners with the explicit, perpetual right to use and share their NLDR Pedigree.
• The NLDR retains and owns the perpetual right to use all Registry Data, including that which is collected through NLDR forms and application processes, solely for delivering registry and pedigree services, including all data, information, photographs, videos, and other items provided in the processing of this form and in producing the resulting pedigrees
• Data provided to the NLDR through email communications with the NLDR, as well as communications through this website or in the process of delivering NLDR services, are assumed to be provided for recording in NLDR databases and for use on pedigree services, as well as any services that the NLDR provides to dog owners today and in the future.
